PSAM {pronounced "SAM"} is a privately owned and operated company based in Grove City, Ohio serving subdivisions in metropolitan Columbus, Delaware and outlying communities in Central Ohio. We manage homeowners' associations for single-family residential neighborhoods, most of which are still in the process of being developed (homes still being built by the subdivision developer). If you live in one of our managed subdivisions, we are pleased to be of service to you!
